Deposit & Confirmation

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• The balance is due 7 days before arrival.

• Bookings not confirmed with a deposit within 48 hours may be released.

Standard Cancellation Terms

• 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund of deposit

• 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of deposit

• Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund

• No-shows or early departures: Charged in full

Peak Season Policy

During peak season (public holidays, long weekends, and 15 December–10 January):

• All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed

• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Your cancellation will be acknowledged in writing once processed.
